Panes of Glass

Ryan & I celebrated 3 years of marriage on January 13th! The weekend before, we were in Bellingham for our Logos Interview, so Ryan treated us to a dinner at Sky City, the Space Needle Restaurant at sunset. The clouds and rain cleared out for a beautiful view of the city, even though the sun set at 4:45pm!

Our original plan, prior to the Bellingham/Seattle trip coming to fruition, was to visit to our favorite Bed and Breakfast area – Bryan/College Station – the weekend after. We stayed in the Eagle’s Nest at Abigaile’s Treehouse. It was amazing and we highly recommend it to anyone needing a unique get-away!

Knowing by now we were leaving TX for our new adventure in WA, we took time to tour the George Bush Library (hence, the picture of us sitting behind a replica of President Bush’s (#41)  desk in the ‘Oval Office’).

We were also able to go on a Wine Tasting Tour of the Messina Hof Winery. We enjoyed it so much, we were able to go back with our friends, David & Jennifer Morton for a second tour!

And, no trip to College Station would be complete without Layne’s for Ryan and some Sweet Eugene’s, of course!
