Since our Christmas season will be spent traveling back to TX to visit both of our families, we wanted to celebrate our Christmas with Katelyn a little early. She had a great time unwrapping the gifts, although seemed a bit confused as to why we were letting her create a mess… her dream come true!

Wrapping paper is the best gift, really…
She now will bring us books and settle into our laps so we can ‘read’ together. It is so much fun!
She loved the Christmas tree… we forewent our own tree this year, due to her curious nature, but she had plenty of Christmas tree admiration time in TX!
Speaking of curiousity… the perfect gift for our little munchkin!

p.s. Ryan’s Achilles Tendon surgery went well and he is on the way to recovering. Crutches are a daily companion, but he is getting better and better at navigating with them!
